Hypnotherapy Process

Hypnotherapy is an unique therapeutic process. It is a healing by trance state of awareness. Hypnotherapy attempts to address the client's subconscious mind. The hypnotherapist is a guide facilitating our inborn ability to change as desired, because all the power is already in the mind us through experiencing hypnosis. In addition to accessing our inner potential, hypnotherapy also addresses our inner resources to effect beneficial changes. It is the innate healing capacity of our own body that may be stimulated by hypnotherapy.

    In my London hypnotherapy practice I guide you in a relaxed state by utilising a wide range of techniques from story telling, metaphor or symbolism, whatever is meaningful for you, to also offering direct suggestions for beneficial change. I also teach you self-hypnosis. Some hypnotherapy techniques attempt to uncover problems deemed to lie in our past life or hypnotherapy might concentrate more on our present life.
