HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?I suggest that clients should think in terms of an initial six sessions though you can end sooner than that if you wish to. During the sixth session we will look at what has been achieved and whether or not you would like to continue. No pressure is brought to bear on you. It is your decision and will be respected.

WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?Once the first appointment has been booked, I require at least 48 hours notice if you decide to cancel, otherwise the full agreed fee is payable.
WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY?All the information is treated in confidence in accordance with BACP's Code of Ethics.
WHAT DOES IT COST?My standard fee is £45 per 50 minutes counselling session (first session lasts an hour). Hypnotherapy is charged £90 per session (five sessions are charged £405)
Soul Plan Reading is charged £90 (including preparation)
