Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is an unique therapeutic process.
It is healing by trance state of awareness. It attempts to address the client's subconscious mind. The hypnotherapist is a guide facilitating the client's inborn ability to change as desired, because all the power is already in the mind of the person who is experiencing hypnosis. In addition to accessing the client's inner potential, Hypnotherapy also addresses one's inner resources to effect beneficial changes. In this regard, it is the innate healing capacity of our own body that may be stimulated by Hypnotherapy.

I guide you in a relaxed state by utilising a wide range of techniques from story telling, metaphor or symbolism, judged to be meaningful by yourself, to the use of direct suggestions for beneficial change. I also teach you self-hypnosis. Some techniques attent to uncover problems deemed to lie in the client's past or therapy might concentrate on a client's present life.
